- JFJoe FryAug 5, 20211.0Wanted to purchase a Emerald Necklace for my girlfriend, young lad who served me had clearly no training at all, didnt have a clue where the correct cabinet containing the items were we then found one we liked and asked if the emerald was real or not, was told that it was, then I noticed the label which stated the opposite! Sales Associate was terrified of us and looked as if upper management had thrown him in the deep end with no training at all, felt truely sorry for this young chap. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.
